What is the Return Policy?

For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days (14 days for international delivery) Returns Policy upon receipt of order by the customer,subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Items should be original new condition with all original packaging and accessories (including but not limited to peripherals, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other documentation included with the original shipment).
- Sale items are non-returnable

All returns will be reviewed first by Toymana and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
-Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
-Full refund in Toymana credits, or
-Full refund in in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.

Damaged and Defective Products

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products that are:
-Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
-Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
