How do I create an account?

On the top right of your screen you will see a Log in or Sign up option. Select Sign up and provide the necessary information to create your account! 

You can join our newsletter to receive information on promotions and events whenever we have any!

I have forgotten my password!

Click on forgotten password and enter your email address in the box. Receive an email notification by clicking the link to change new password.

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal as forms of payment online.

How do I know that my payment is accepted?

You will receive a transaction confirmation email. It will reflect the details of your purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?

For local delivery, it will be around 3 working days. (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays) Our delivery team will call you one day before delivery to confirm delivery time.

For international shipping,  we will ship out within 3 working days. Once the order is shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to you, allowing you to check on shipment details.

What if I have not received my item ?

You can check your Order Status online or Contact our Customer Service Team. Our staff will be glad to help you.

What are your shipping rates like?

For local delivery, the delivery fee is a flat fee of $7(Shipping charges may change without prior notice)
For international shipping, delivery charges vary based on weight and the country being shipped to. 

Returns & Exchanges

What are your return and/ or exchange policies?

For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days (14 days for international delivery) Returns Policy upon receipt of order by the customer,subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Items should be original new condition with all original packaging and accessories (including but not limited toperipherals, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other documentation included with the original shipment).
- Sale items are non-returnable For any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

DISCOUNT VOUCHER CODE

Discount voucher codes can be either converted from loyalty points, from promotions held by Toymana, or from Gift Cards purchasable from the store. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are purchasable as products from the store and they can be sent as gifts via email to your friends and family. Purchase your Gift Cards here.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Steps to Selecting Gift Wrap:

Gift wrapping is offered at checkout with an additional charge of $2.00.

You can leave a message for any special instructions such as which products to wrap and which to exclude. 

Please note:

1. Gift wrap may not be available for all items. If you are purchasing an item that can be gift wrapped, the Gift Wrap option will be noted in your Cart and throughout checkout.

2. The charge for gift wrap is not refundable. Membership Benefits and Loyalty Points
